1. In addition to normal routine maintenance, special attention should be paid to the following two aspects for maintenance of mini excavator after operation in cold areas:
1. To prevent the freezing of walking parts, the mud on the vehicle body shall be cleaned with water after the work is completed, and then the machinery shall be parked on concrete, wood or solid dry ground.
2. Anti freezing of magic piston rod: after the operation, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder shall be retracted to the maximum extent. If the piston rod is exposed, the surface of the rod will freeze due to the condensation of moisture in the air, or the adhesive soil will freeze, causing damage to the end cover seal.
2. Maintenance measures for mini excavators after operation in dusty sites are as follows:
1. Clean the air filter after the operation.
2. Clean the dust accumulated on the heating device and oil cooler.
3. Check the oil frequently, and use the hydraulic oil filter to treat the oil regularly. Prevent dust from mixing into the working oil and fuel.
4. Wash the car in time after operation, and do not let the dust on the car become dirt and then accumulate.
